Delete Free WebEx Account


I'm having problems logging into Cisco WebEx.  It's asking me for a password when I log in.  What do I need to do to fix this so I can log in the the HTC WebEx system and use my HTC phone number?


Your was used to create a free WebEx account. This will cause a conflict, preventing your from being added to the HTC WebEx system. Please follow the steps below to log in and delete the free account that is tied to your

  • The account password may need to be reset through “Forgot Password”.
  • This free account password will not be tied to StarID SSO Password.

3. Select the ellipsis dots in the top right of the “My Profile” section.

4. Choose Delete account and select Ok.

  • User will be signed out of once they click Ok, and the free account is deleted immediately.

5. Contact Technology Services to let us know you have deleted your free account.
